A day 17 years ago I had been given the chance to make something of myself and become a business owner. After working in pubs and cafes from the age of 15 I had gained a great deal of experience for working in the Hospitality trade. That day that now seems so long ago I was offered to run my own pub at the young age of 25. Knowing what a great deal of people in our area wanted as I was a local lass myself, gave me a great start in what would soon turn into a flourishing public house business.

With A great team of staff I was able to turn a barely trading food business into probably the busiest at the time turning over 300 meals a week. From this came my love for food and trying new things, experimenting with tastes and presentation and new techniques.

After 10 years at the pub and buying a house i decided it was time for something new and leave behind the 12 hour days 7 days a week for a more balanced lifestyle. 

So i decided to start up 'Simply Delicious' a catering company working from home dedicated to customers needs from small house buffets, a casserole for 6, a special 3 course meal for a large family to weddings, Parties, cycling events, hot food stalls and lots more. With over 3 years under my belt i am more than happy with how everything has turned out. With some fantastic reviews from some very happy customers this is definitely the direction I now want to go building on the reputation I had when left the pub and the success that I have had this last Five years.
